- Guaranteed Entry Deadline – 4 February 2010
- Final Entry Deadline – Wednesday 18 February 2010
- Replacement/Additional Cut Off Date – 4 March 2010
NSW Corporate Games – General Entry Information
- Entry is not limited to employees.
- Payment must be received before the Games deadline(s) to confirm entry into the NSW Corporate Games.
- An individual may represent only ONE Organisation in the Games.
- All entrants Under 18 must fill in a letter of consent form
REPLACEMENTS and CHANGES
Replacements or changes may only be in the Identical Event and age class. Replacements must be lodged online or at the NSW Corporate Games Office on an Official Form before March 4. Replacements or changes after this date can only happen at a Registration SuperCentre and are subject to a $25 fee per change.
WITHDRAWALS and REFUNDS
Withdrawals must be in writing. Before March 4 refunds are minus $25 per person. After March 4 no refund. Fees paid are spent in advance on the cost of organising the
NSW Corporate Games
and therefore no refunds are made as a result of wet weather or circumstances beyond control of the Games.
